Who We Are
The Medical Representatives Certification Commission, or MRCC, is an independent, not-for-profit organization that creates, tests, and certifies standards of professional competency and ethics for medical representatives — clinicians' healthcare partners who provide crucial information on the latest products and innovations available to the industry.
Why Certify?
MRCC-certified representatives exhibit greater commitment, accountability, and credibility to the industry. It's a mark that enhances clinicians' trust, proves professional competence to healthcare professionals and employers alike, and — most importantly — benefits patients through improved outcomes.
How It Works
To begin the certification process, the first thing to do is apply. Once your application is accepted, you'll be scheduled for the competency examination at one of our nationwide proctored testing sites. Upon passing the examination, you'll be awarded the MRCC Certified designation — proof that you exhibit exemplary commitment, accountability, and credibility in your profession.
For eligibility requirements, examination policies, and other details, see the applicant/certificant handbook and our Frequently Asked Questions.
